Welcome to TVK Warriors Hub, an unofficial fan application developed by PhoenixDev Interactive ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your personal information. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

IMPORTANT: This app is intended for users 18 years of age or older only.

1.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The majority of your data is stored locally on your Android device and is NOT transmitted to our servers. This includes:

• Profile Information: Name, age, and district/taluk selection.
• Photos & Images: Photos you select for creating DP templates are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload your personal photos to our servers.
• App Preferences: Language selection and settings.
• Generated Content: Saved DP images and templates.

1.2 Analytics Data (Firebase)

We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how users interact with our app. This helps us improve the app experience. Data collected includes:

• App Usage Metrics: Screens viewed, session duration, and feature usage statistics.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, and general location (country/region level only).

Data Retention: Firebase Analytics data is typically retained for 2 months.

1.3 Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix app crashes. When the app crashes, we automatically collect:

• Stack traces and error logs.
• Device information (model, OS version, available memory).
• App state at the time of the crash.

Data Retention: Crash reports are retained for 90 days.

1.4 Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID).
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks).
• General location for ad targeting.

Your Control: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

1.5 In-App Purchase Data

When you make purchases (Warrior Pro subscriptions) through Google Play Billing:

• Google collects: Payment information, transaction history, and purchase tokens.
• We collect locally: Subscription status and expiration date.
• We do NOT collect: Credit card numbers, payment credentials, or billing addresses.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide Features: To generate personalized DP templates and manage your subscription status.
• App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, identify bugs, and optimize performance.
• Leaderboards: To display aggregated district/taluk participation statistics (without exposing personal data).
• Advertising: To display rewarded ads that allow free users to access premium features.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. However, we share data with the following service providers to run the app:

3.1 Google Firebase

• Services: Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Firestore.
• Purpose: App monitoring, crash reporting, and data synchronization.

4.1 Where Your Data is Stored

• Primary Storage: Your device (Local preferences and files).

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communications. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
• Analytics Data: Retained for 2 months (Google Analytics default).
• Crash Reports: Retained for 90 days.

6. Your Rights (India)

If you are a resident of India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023:

• Access: Request information about the personal data we process.
• Correction: Correct inaccurate personal data within the app settings.
• Erasure: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

TVK Warriors Hub is ONLY for users 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor is using our app, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
