Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TVK Warriors Hub mobile application ("App") operated by PhoenixDev Interactive ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Use of the App

• Personal Use: The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Content Creation: You are responsible for any content (DPs, images) you create using the App.
• Local Processing: Any photos you select for templates are processed locally on your device and remain under your control.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

3.1 Warrior Pro Subscription

We offer a premium subscription ("Warrior Pro") that unlocks exclusive features, removes watermarks, and provides an ad-free experience.

• Monthly Plan: ₹49 / month
• Quarterly Plan: ₹99 / 3 months
• Yearly Plan: ₹299 / year

3.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store settings.
• Uninstalling the App does NOT cancel your subscription.
• Refund requests are handled directly by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.

4. Rewarded Ads

The App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads. Free users may choose to watch these ads to unlock premium content (such as downloading a high-quality image) without purchasing a subscription.

By choosing to watch an ad, you agree to view third-party promotional content. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App's code.
• Use the App to create content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or incites violence.
• Misrepresent the App as an "official" TVK product.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by PhoenixDev Interactive and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks: "TVK", "Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam", and related party symbols are the property of their respective owners. This App uses them for fair use purposes (fan support) and claims no ownership over them.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Disclaimer: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoenixDev Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Unofficial App: We expressly disclaim any official affiliation with Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
